From the beginning of the pandemic, we have been consistently following the instructions of the authorities regarding the appropriate protection and prevention measures.
Along with the Government directions we are preparing to safely reopen and accept guests with thorough precautionary standards set in place, to ensure a safe, healthy and welcoming environment!
Cleanliness and hygiene standards at our hotel are of high importance and we have implemented additional measures that meet the latest guidance on hygiene and cleaning, to ensure the safety of our guests and team daily.
We are using environmentally friendly cleaning products and protocols that are effective against viruses. We are conducting enhanced training and coronavirus awareness, updating our team in response to the new standards for managing COVID -19.
No entrance allowed for anyone with a fever or symptoms of COVID-19.
We perform cleaning and disinfection in all public spaces with increased frequency.
Hand sanitizers have been placed at all areas and public facilities including lobby, dining outlets and reception desk, bathrooms and offices. We will provide surgical masks and gloves to guests and staff according to the new guidelines.
There is signage at all public areas, notifying guests about maintaining social distance, wearing masks, and using hand sanitizers.
Elevators must be used by one passenger at a time, or guests sharing the same room. Still, we encourage you to use the stairs.
Key prevention protocols are followed to clean the rooms with particular attention paid to high traffic items. A rigorous cleaning is carried out after guest departure and before the next arrival. More detailed information is provided in each room.
All of our personnel, in each shift, are screened before entering the Hotel for symptoms. In the spaces where the hotel team is working we are increasing the frequency of cleaning and focusing on high-traffic areas like entrances, locker rooms, laundry rooms and offices.
We ensure that all Food Safety Policies are followed, including daily cleaning and disinfection of the kitchen and other food preparation areas and surfaces . This is in addition to ensuring proper cooking and storage of food and the following of good hygiene practices.
Systematic chlorination of pools with disinfectant products occurs on a regular basis
At the restaurant & bar, the outdoor seating capacity will be limited to no more than 4 people at each table, with at least 2 meters distance between each table.
